Highly recommend! The mang Natasha, went out of her way to get our room ready early and personally called to let me know when it was ready. When we arrived she made sure we were on the first floor for easy access and took us to our room and showd us a closer back door to unload. This is an older building but was clean and easy access off hwy with good breakfast options.
I was looking for a a Hotel in the area after checking out some other hotels around. Upon arriving here, you realize that it's like another dimension. When you walk in and notice how clean it is, how organized the rooms are, and all the furnishings in the place are in perfect condition. The floors are completely clean, and for me, something very important is that there is no bad smell in the hotel. Like in the ones around it. I am very satisfied with the service and attention. It is worth mentioning that they offer breakfast and they also have a laundry room. Good work to all the staff who work here.
The staff was very hospitable and super friendly. The location feels cozy and could tell there's attention to service and care. The room I stayed in felt as though it has character from years of experience but well kept. Very happy with my stay.
The staff here are wonderful. They were all friendly and attentive. Especially the nice lady who checked me in. Staff is here is . The owners in the other hand. Well, a little short on everything. The beds need updated, along with the 80-90 style hotel decor. The outside and inside is all redone up to the rooms. The furniture in the rooms. Not so much. I'm a platinum member. No hot breakfast? So $100 room got me great staff, a Continental breakfast, and an uncomfortable bed? Again the staff is . The owners lack being a true BW hotel.
Nice, clean hotel. The lobby is new and always smell clean and fresh. Breakfast is free and delicious. Rooms are big with comfortable beds. They have a pool and a hot tub, perfect to relax after a long day. But the most valuable is the team. They all work hard, with a smile on their faces to make you feel taken care of and part of the family. This hotel is a gem, stop for a night or a month, you'll will not regret it.
Had to stop for the night after a long drive, I needed a place that would allow my cats and they were the first that could do so. The staff were very nice and were able to set me up in a room no problem. Very clean lobby, snack bar behind the counter at good prices, free breakfast bar, clean pool with jacuzzi, large room with microwave and mini fridge as well as a nice soft bed. The location was perfect for me cause now I can head out on my drive no problem with the highway being so close by
We reserved a room but the van broke down. The hotel was so nice and understanding! Very personal. Definitely going to plan a trip soon!
Wonderful hotels. Ms. Veronica was the sweetest and made our check-in enjoyable!!! Breakfast was good and always have hot coffee!! will stay again!
